OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 SITUATION Please be reassured that we are taking the spread of COVID-19 extremely seriously. Our priority is always the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers. We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the steps we’re taking to ensure we continue to be able to help our customers during these challenging times. Level of Service So far as is possible, we are looking to maintain our normal levels of service. We remain open for business, supporting our customers for service and repair work and offering used vehicle sales. Additionally, we are taking extra steps to help customers without the need for them to visit a dealership, should they prefer. Please be assured we are following the latest advice from the Government, Public Health England and other authorities, and in the event of any escalation in this advice we will follow their guidance. Dealership Staff We’re making sure all our teams understand the role each of us can play to help prevent the spread of germs including thorough hand washing and, of course, self-isolation if required. Whilst we are, as always, delighted to see customers, please don’t be offended that we won’t be shaking hands and will be keeping a safe distance, to help reduce the risk of spreading the virus. Cleanliness & Hygiene at our Dealerships We’ve significantly enhanced our daily cleaning routines within our dealerships and offices, with particular focus on ‘touch surfaces’ to reduce the risk of passing on infection. As part of our normal servicing and vehicle preparation procedures, we are wiping down the key touch points of every vehicle. This applies to customer vehicles with us for service or repair, used vehicle hand-overs, and the loan vehicle. Latest guidance suggests packaging on parts and accessories is not a major source of possible infection. We will continue to review and update these procedures. We would ask that if you feel unwell or are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, you contact us before visiting so we can try to make alternative arrangements for a later date. Alternative Arrangements In the event that you are well but would rather not visit us, then we are able to offer a collection and delivery service for your vehicle when booking in any Service or MOT work, In the case of vehicle sales, We can arrange demonstrations at your home. Our own purpose built, fully equipped workshops are approved by the RAC. All vehicles are extensively road tested, evaluated and appraised during the preparation process.

Despite this, occasionally the unforeseen can occur, and so, should anything go wrong, you can be assured of the very best assistance. Supported by our partners at the RAC, help is available 24/7, and if necessary we have a range of courtesy vehicles available to keep you on the road.

All our vehicles come with a minimum of three months RAC warranty with complimentary RAC Rescue, Recovery and breakdown assistance. Over 80% of all RAC patrol person attended breakdowns are repaired at the roadside without the need for a garage visit.

For customers wanting to further insure themselves against mechanical breakdown beyond our standard warranty period, we offer a range of RAC Warranty products as below, which can provide a varying level of cover on mechanical and electrical components, for up to four years'.   • Roadside: If your car breaks down at the roadside a patrol will come and fix it.
  • Recovery: If your car cannot be fixed by the patrol then RAC will recover it to garage of your choice.
  • Onward Travel: RAC will recover the vehicle to your destination if required.
  • Hotel Accommodation: If you are stranded by breakdown the RAC will pay for hotel accommodation.
